The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.  TTAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

2. PUBLIC COMMENT
 

The public may address the committees on any matter within the jurisdiction of the committees that is not included as part of this agenda. Comments shall be limited to fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

Consider approval of TTAC Minutes from meeting of April 7, 2011.

   
4. MEASURE A
   
  A. DRAFT PROGRAM OF PROJECTS, FISCAL YEARS 2011/12 - 2015/16
    Review and comment on the draft Measure A Program of Projects for Fiscal Years 2011/12 to 2015/16.
     
  B. NORTH COUNTY AND SOUTH COAST SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL, BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN PROGRAMS
    Receive a report on guidelines and evaluation criteria for the Measure A North County and South Coast Safe Routes to School, Bicycle and Pedestrian Programs.
     
5. UNMET TRANSIT NEEDS
  Recommend approval of the 2011 Transit Needs Assessment and findings of unmet transit need and reasonable to meet.
