The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.  TTAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

 
1.     CALL TO ORDER AND INTRODUCTIONS
   
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
 

The public may address the committees on any matter within the jurisdiction of the committees that is not included as part of this agenda. Comments shall be limited to fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

   
3. MINUTES
  Consider approval of TTAC Minutes from meeting of February 3, 2011.
   
4. MEASURE A FY 2011 – 12 REVENUE ESTIMATE
  Recommend the board approve the Measure A revenue estimate for the five-year period beginning with FY 2011-12.
   
5. SELECTION OF TRAVEL MODEL CONSULTANT
 

Receive status report on the progress of the selecting the SBCAG travel model consultant.

   
6. CALVAN PROGRAM
  Recommend to the board that SBCAG join the CalVan program.
   
7. STATE LEGISLATIVE PROGRAM
  Review and provide comments to the SBCAG board on the state legislative program for FY 11/12.
