The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.  TTAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

 
1.     CALL TO ORDER AND INTRODUCTIONS
   
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
 

The public may address the committees on any matter within the jurisdiction of the committees that is not included as part of this agenda. Comments shall be limited to fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

   
3. MINUTES
  Consider approval of TTAC Minutes from meeting of December 2, 2010.
   
4. ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT FOLLOW-UP
  Review board adopted implementation actions pertaining to TTAC and provide recommendations to the board
     
  A. Discuss and recommend revisions to TTAC by-laws.
     
  B. Recommend members to be a part of an ad hoc committee of TTAC and TPAC to improve communication and flow of agenda items.  
   
  C. Receive report on process for providing agenda materials one week prior to TTAC meetings.
   
5. MEASURE A
  A. STRATEGIC PLAN ADDENDUM
    Recommend approval of the Measure A Strategic Plan Addendum.
   
  B. PROJECT SIGNS
    Discuss developing guidelines and specifications for signs to be used on Measure A funded construction projects and transit services.
   
  C. WEBSITE & PROJECT MANAGEMENT DATABASE
    Receive information on the new Measure A website and the development of a project management database.
   
  D. FY 2011 – 2012 REVENUE ESTIMATES
    Review draft Measure A revenue estimates for the five-year period beginning with the 2011-2012 fiscal year and provide comments.
   
6. TDA/LTF APPORTIONMENTS
  Approve the estimated apportionments of Local Transportation Funds to local agencies for fiscal year 2011-2012.
   
7. PROJECT INITIATION DOCUMENTS
 

Receive a report from Caltrans on their resource availability for Project Initiation Documents, including Project Study Reports.

   
8. ANNOUNCEMENTS
 
Viewing of SBCAG board meetings on internet.

  The next regularly scheduled meeting date is Thursday, March 3, 2011 (first Thursday of the month).
