The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the
Santa Barbara County Association of Governments. TTAC members include
staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the
Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District.
In compliance with the
Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations
to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working
days prior to the scheduled meeting.
CALL TO ORDER AND
The public may address the
committees on any matter within the jurisdiction of the committees that is
not included as part of this agenda. Comments shall be limited to fifteen
minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak
longer than five minutes.
Receive an update on Board
approval of Strategic Plan and direction to staff to prepare an addendum
for Board consideration in December discussing unfunded local
Measure A Maintenance of Effort (MOE) ordinance amendment and adjustment
of baseline becomes effective 45 days following board’s approval in
October (Dec. 5), unless there is an appeal filed.
Immediately following the regularly scheduled TTAC
meeting Mikie Wickersham and Garin Schneider, DLAE from District 5 will
provide an overview of all local assistance discretionary funding
