The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.  TTAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

 
1.     CALL TO ORDER AND INTRODUCTIONS
   
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
 

The public may address the committees on any matter within the jurisdiction of the committees that is not included as part of this agenda. Comments shall be limited to fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

   
3. MINUTES
  Approve the Minutes of the June 3, 2010 TTAC meeting.
   
4.. FEDERAL TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (FTIP)
  A. Review and comment on Draft 2011 FTIP
     
  B. Recommend programming of Local Surface Transportation Program (LSTP) funding for Fiscal Year 2009/10
   
5. STATE LEGISLATIVE PROGRAM
  Review and comment on proposed state legislative platform for FY 10/11.
   
6. SB-375
  A. . Receive SBCAG letter submitted to Air Resources Board (ARB) on Greenhouse Gas target setting for SBCAG region.
     
  B. Receive summary of May special meeting of ARB Regional Targets Advisory Committee and subsequent follow-up
     
  C. Review GHG reduction target for SBCAG region (Placeholder for discussion since target not received at time of Agenda posting).
     
  D. Recommend presentation and discussion topics for joint TTAC/TPAC workshop on SB-375.
   
7. MEASURE A MAINTENANCE OF EFFORT
  Receive an update on the work of a joint committee of TTAC and Citizens Oversight Committee members developing options to revise the Maintenance of Effort requirement for consideration by the board.
