The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.  TTAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District

 

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

 

1.     CALL TO ORDER AND INTRODUCTIONS
   
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
 

The public may address the Technical Transportation Advisory Committee on any subject within the jurisdiction of the committee that is not included as part of the agenda.  Comments shall be limited to fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes. 

   
3. MINUTES
  Approve the minutes of the October 1, 2009 TTAC meeting.
   
4. 2010 STATE TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
  Receive an update on project rescheduling and Transportation Enhancement project funding for the 2010 STIP.
   
5. MEASURE A STRATEGIC PLAN
  A. Financially Constrained Strategic Plan
    Review the third draft of the scenario 1 and alternative scenarios developed based on comments from TTAC on October 1.
   
  B. Citizens Oversight Committee
    Receive an update on the formation of the Citizens Oversight Committee and their first two meetings.
   
  C. Next Steps in Strategic Plan Development
    Discuss date of next TTAC meeting focused on Measure A and probable agenda items.
   
6. TRAFFIC COUNT PROGRAM
  Review and approve local agency cost sharing, billing, and draft Request for Proposal for April 2010 Traffic Census Count.
