The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.  TTAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District

 

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

2. PUBLIC COMMENT
 

The public may address the Technical Transportation Advisory Committee on any subject within the jurisdiction of the committee that is not included as part of the agenda.  Comments shall be limited to fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes. 

   
3. MINUTES
  Approve the minutes of the September 3, 2009 TTAC meeting.
   
4. 2010 STATE TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
  Receive a report on the fund estimate and schedule for developing the 2010 STIP.
   
5. MEASURE A STRATEGIC PLAN
  A. Financially Constrained Strategic Plan
    Review the second draft of the base scenario and alternative scenarios developed based on comments from TTAC on September 3.
   
  B. Next Steps in Strategic Plan Development
    Discuss date of next TTAC meeting focused on Measure A and probable agenda items.
   
6. AMERICAN RECOVERY & REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) PROJECT DELIVERY
  A. Receive a report on the obligation status of roadway and transit ARRA (stimulus) funding in Santa Barbara County.

  B. Recommend the reallocation of ARRA-TE funding to a new project in Santa Barbara County.
   
7. REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION PLAN
  Receive summary of comments on Draft Amendment to the Environmental Impact Report on the 2008 Regional Transportation Plan.

  • Highway Safety Improvement Program call for projects
  • Bicycle Transportation Account call for projects
