The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.  TTAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District

 In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

2. PUBLIC COMMENT
 

The public may address the Technical Transportation Advisory Committee on any subject within the jurisdiction of the committee that is not included as part of the agenda.  Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

  Approve the minutes of September 4, 2008.
4. FY 2008-09 STA APPORTIONMENTS
  Approve 2008-09 State Transit Assistance (STA) Fund Apportionments.
   
5. PROPOSITION 1B FUNDING FOR TRANSIT CAPITAL PROJECTS
  Receive information on the availability of Proposition 1B funding for transit capital projects for FY 2008/09.
   
6. PROPOSITION 1B TRANSIT SECURITY FUNDING
  Receive information on the availability of Proposition 1B Transit Security Grant Program funding for Fiscal Year 2008/09
   
7. CALTRANS SPONSORED FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES
  Receive information on the FY 09/10 Bicycle Transportation Account funding cycle and results from Cycle 2 of the Federal Safe Routes to School Program.
   
8. CONGESTION MANAGEMENT PLAN (CMP)
  Review and comment on draft Chapters 1, 2, and 3 of the Congestion Management Program update document.
   
9. STATE LEGISLATION
  Review and discuss SB 375.
   
10. ANNOUNCEMENTS
  Measure A Election Results.
  Traffic Count Program Schedule for 2008-09.
  Status of 2009 Federal Transportation Improvement Program (FTIP) Adoption.
  Local Streets and Roads Needs Assessment Participation.
