The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.  TTAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District

 In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

 

1.     CALL TO ORDER AND INTRODUCTIONS
   
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
 

The public may address the Technical Transportation Advisory Committee on any subject within the jurisdiction of the committee that is not included as part of the agenda.  Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes. 

   
3. MINUTES
  Approve the minutes of May 1, 2008.
4. ALLOCATION OF TDA/LTF FUNDS FOR FY 2008-2009
 

Review and approve the recommended FY 2008-2009 TDA/LTF allocations.

   
5. MEASURE D LOCAL, REGIONAL AND PARATRANSIT ALLOCATIONS, FY 2008-2009
 

Review and approve the recommended FY 2008-2009 Measure D Local, Regional and Paratransit Allocations.

   
6. MEASURE D PROGRAM OF PROJECTS
 

Approve the recommended Measure D Program of Projects for fiscal years 2008-2009 and 2009-2010.

   
7.

FEDERAL TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (FTIP)

   Review and comment on the Draft 2009 FTIP.
 
8. 2008 STATE TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (STIP)
 

         Receive a report on the CTC staff’s recommendations for the 2008 STIP.

         Receive a verbal report on the STIP adopted at the CTC’s May 29th meeting.

   
9. LOCAL STREETS AND ROADS NEEDS ASSESSMENT
 

Discuss the Local Streets and Roads Needs Assessment initiated by the California State Association of Counties (CSAC) and the League of California Cities and their request for funding contributions from local agencies.

   
10. REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION PLAN
 

Review and comment on the following components of the Draft Regional Transportation Plan (RTP): VISION 2030:

         Chapter 4: Putting the Plan in Motion – Action Element, and

        Appendix D: Regionally Significant Program, Plan, Illustrative, & Airport Plan Projects
