The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.  TTAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District

 In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

2. PUBLIC COMMENT
 

The public may address the Technical Transportation Advisory Committee on any subject within the jurisdiction of the committee that is not included as part of the agenda.  Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

  Approve the minutes of March 6, 2008.
4. CONGESTION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
  Recommend that the SBCAG Board
  A. Adopt a determination, pursuant to Section 65089.3 of the California Government Code that the Cities of Guadalupe, Solvang, Lompoc, Buellton, Santa Barbara, Goleta, and Carpinteria are conforming to the adopted Congestion Management Program.
  B. Adopt a determination, pursuant to Section 65089.3 of the California Government Code that in the absence of required submittals, the City of Santa Maria and the County of Santa Barbara are not conforming to the adopted Congestion Management Program
     
5. REGIONAL BICYCLE TRANSPORTATION
