The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.  TTAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District

 In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

2. PUBLIC COMMENT
 

The public may address the Technical Transportation Advisory Committee on any subject within the jurisdiction of the committee that is not included as part of the agenda.  Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes. 

   
3. MINUTES
  Approve the minutes of June 7, 2007.
4. 2007 COMMUTE PROFILE SURVEY
  Receive presentation on the results of the 2007 Commute Profile Survey of Santa Barbara, Ventura, and San Luis Obispo counties.
   
5. MEASURE D PROGRAM OF PROJECTS
  Adopt a submittal format for local agencies to follow when approving and submitting future POPs to SBCAG.
   
6. SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL PROGRAM
  Receive information on the Safe Routes to School federal and state funding programs including a summary of the Federal Program Cycle 1 Santa Barbara County applications and awards, proposed dates for the next cycle(s), and best practices for successful applications.
7. 2008 State Transportation Improvement Program FUNDING CYCLE
  Receive an update regarding the fund estimate, funding cycle schedule, and process for soliciting projects and funding requests.
 
8. STATE HIGHWAY OPERATION AND PROTECTION PROGRAM (SHOPP)
  Receive an update on currently programmed SHOPP projects.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

  Update of SBCAG Public Participation Procedures.
