The Technical Planning Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.  TPAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, and APCD.

 In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

The public may address the Technical Transportation Advisory Committee on any matter within the jurisdiction of the Committee that is not included as part of the agenda.  Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

  Discuss programming options for the 2008 STIP.
 
5. MEASURE D LOCAL PROGRAM OF PROJECTS
  Adopt a submittal format for local agencies to use when approving and submitting future POP's to SBCAG.
   
6. FY 2007-08 STA  APPORTIONMENTS
  Approve the 2007-08 State Transit Assistance (STA) Fund Apportiontments.
   
7. PROPOSITION 1B TRANSIT FUNDING
  Receive updated information on availability of Proposition 1B funding for transit capital projects.
   
8. PROPOSITION 1B LOCAL STREETS AND ROADS FUNDING
  Receive information on the availability of Proposition 1B funding for local streets and roads..
   
9. REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION PLAN
  A. Review project status report.
  B. Receive report on public workshops for RTP Update.

CENTRAL COAST INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

  Review and provide input on ITS Implementation Plan project list.
   
11. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PROCEDURES
  Provide comments on draft SBCAG Public Participation Procedures.
   
12. STATE HIGHWAY OPERATIONS AND PROTECTION PROGRAM (SHOPP)
  Receive information regarding SHOPP Candidate projects.
   
13. TRAFFIC COUNT PROGRAM
  Receive Traffic Count Program Schedule for 2007-08.
   
14. ANNOUNCEMENTS
  A. Summary of October 18 Workshop hosted by SBCAG and Caltrans on SR2S, BTA, HSIP, High Risk Rural Roads Finding Programs.
