The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.  TTAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District

 In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

 

1.     CALL TO ORDER AND INTRODUCTIONS
   
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
 

The public may address the Technical Transportation Advisory Committee on any subject within the jurisdiction of the committee that is not included as part of the agenda.  Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes. 

   
3. MINUTES
  Approve the minutes of December 7, 2006.
4. THREE-YEAR MEASURE D REVENUE ESTIMATES
  Receive Measure D Revenue Estimates for the three-year period beginning with the 2007-2008 fiscal year.
   
5. FY 2007-08 TDA/LTF APPORTIONMENTS
  Recommend approval for the estimated apportionments of Local Transportation Funds to local agencies for the 2007-2008 fiscal year.
   
6. REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION PLAN
  Review and approve funding scenarios for RTP.
   
7. 2006 STIP AUGMENTATION
  Discuss the schedule and programming options for a 2006 STIP augmentation made possible by the passage of Proposition 1B in November 2006.
 
8. OVERALL WORK PROGRAM
  Receive presentation on next years FY 2007-08 OWP emphasis areas and offer comments and proposals.
   
9. STATE HIGHWAY OPERATIONS AND PROTECTION PROGRAM (SHOPP)
  Receive report from Caltrans on currently programmed SHOPP projects.
