The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.  TTAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District

 In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

2. PUBLIC COMMENT
 

The public may address the Technical Transportation Advisory Committee on any subject within the jurisdiction of the committee that is not included as part of the agenda.  Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes. 

   
3. MINUTES
  Approve the minutes of May 4, 2006.
4. ALLOCATION OF TDA/LTF FUNDS FOR FY 2006-2007
  Approve the recommended FY 2006-2007 TDA/LTF allocations.
   
5. MEASURE D LOCAL, REGIONAL AND PARATRANSIT ALLOCATIONS, FY 2006-2007
  Approve the recommended FY 2006-2007 Measure D Local, Regional and Paratransit allocations.
   
6. MEASURE D PROGRAM OF PROJECTS
  Approve the recommended Measure D Program of Projects for fiscal years 2006-2007 through 2009-2010.
   
7. UNMET TRANSIT NEEDS
  Approve 2006 Transit Needs Assessment and findings of unmet need and reasonable to meet.  An appendix of public comment and outreach  is also available.
   
8. FEDERAL TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (FTIP)
  Review and comment on the draft 2007 Federal Transportation Improvement Program.
   
9. SURFACE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM
  Approve a recommendation to program RSTP funds to deleted STIP rehabilitation projects  for FY 07/08-FY 09/10.
