The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.  TTAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District

 In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

2. PUBLIC COMMENT
 

The public may address the Technical Transportation Advisory Committee on any subject within the jurisdiction of the committee that is not included as part of the agenda.  Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes. 

   
3. MINUTES
  A. Approve the minutes of December 20, 2005.
     
  B. Approve the minutes of January 5, 2006.
4. FOUR-YEAR MEASURE D REVENUE ESTIMATES
  Receive Measure D Revenue Estimates for the four-year period beginning with the 2006-2007 fiscal year.
   
5. FY 2006-2007 TDA/LTF APPORTIONMENTS
  Recommend approval of the estimated apportionments of Local Transportation Funds to local agencies for the 2006-2007 fiscal year.

7. CLEAN AIR EXPRESS FUNDING NEEDS
   Recommend that $500,000 of Regional Measure D funds be used to eliminate the projected Clean Air Express budget shortfall in FY 2006-07.
   
8. INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM (ITS) REGIONAL ARCHITECTURE PLAN
  Receive a summary of the Central Coast ITS Program and provide input on status of existing and planned ITS projects.
   
9. HIGHWAY PERFORMANCE MONITORING SYSTEM
  Receive briefing on the 2005 HPMS Sample Requirements for Santa Barbara County.
