The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.  TTAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District

 In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

2. PUBLIC COMMENT
 

The public may address the Technical Transportation Advisory Committee on any subject within the jurisdiction of the committee that is not included as part of the agenda.  Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes. 

   
3. MINUTES
  Approve the minutes of July 6, 2006.
4. FY 2005-2006 LTF YEAR-END BALANCE APPORTIONMENTS
  Approve the FY 2005-2006 LTF Year-End Balance Apportionments.
   
5. CLEAN AIR PLAN
  Review and comment on Transportation Control Measures proposed for consideration in development of 2007 Federal Clean Air Plan.  Draft TCM chapter.
   
6. CONGESTION MITIGATION AIR QUALITY PHASE-OUT
  Receive status report on a potential call for projects for CMAQ phase out funding and discuss next steps for programming funds.
   
7. SURFACE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM
  Discuss options for programming STP funds in FYs 07/08 and 08/09 received in a CMAQ/STP exchange with the Sacramento Area Council of Governments.
   
8. FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION 5307 FUNDS
  Approve scoring systems for FTA 5307 project selection; initiate a countywide call for projects.
