The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.  TTAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District

 In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

 

1.     CALL TO ORDER AND INTRODUCTIONS
   
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
 

The public may address the Technical Transportation Advisory Committee on any subject within the jurisdiction of the committee that is not included as part of the agenda.  Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes. 

   
3. MINUTES
  Approve the Minutes of October 7, 2004.
4. METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION PLAN
  Receive a report on preparation of a federal 2004 Metropolitan Transportation Plan to address the conformity lapse.
   
5. CLEAN AIR PLAN
  Review and recommend approval of Transportation Control Measures in State Clean Air Plan prepared by APCD and SBCAG.
   
6. PROJECT TRAK - TRANSPORTATION PROJECT DATA BASE
  Provide comments and indicate local agency interest in a project tracking database which SBCAG could subscribe to.  See presentation.
   
7. MEASURE D
  Receive report of SBCAG board action on Local Measure D allocation formula and discuss next steps (no staff report).
   
8. ANNOUNCEMENTS
  Deadline for submission of Bicycle Transportation Account (BTA) applications extended from December to February 1, 2005.
   
  Receive notice on central coast wide project to update ITS (Intelligent Transportation System) architecture and maintenance plan elements of Central coast ITS Strategic Plan.
