The South Coast Subregional Planning Committee is a Board subcommittee of the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
On June 11, 2021 and effective immediately, Governor Newsom issued Executive Orders N-07-21 and N-08-21, which rescinded some prior Executive Orders related to COVID-19, but Executive Order N-08-21 stated that some other prior Executive Orders related to COVID-19 still remain necessary to help California respond to, recover from, and mitigate the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Consistent with Executive Order N-08-21, the South Coast Subregional Planning Committee will meet via teleconferencing, and members of the public may observe and address the meeting as shown below, but at this time will not be allowed to participate in-person. The following alternative methods of participation are available to the public: 1. Your comment will be placed into the record and distributed appropriately. The South Coast Subregional Committee may consider items out of sequence at the discretion of the Chair. 3.	MEETING SUMMARY Recommended Action: Approve meeting summary of the June 9, 2021 meeting of the South Coast Subregional Planning Committee.
4.	CENTRAL COAST NETWORK INTEGRATION STUDY Recommended action: Receive presentation on the draft Central Coast Network Integration Study for the region between Moorpark and San Luis Obispo. SBCAG Network Integration Study Central Coast Network Integration Study Power Point
5	MEASURE A CITIZENS OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE *Recommended action:* Approve nomination of Mark Bradley and Dennis Story to the SBCAG board of directors for reappointment as South County members on the Measure A Citizens Oversight Committee to serve a four-year term from September 2021 to September 2025.
6.	DISTRIBUTION OF LOW CARBON TRANSIT OPERATIONS PROGRAM AND STATE OF GOOD REPAIR TRANSIT FUNDING *Recommended Action:* A. Receive presentation on scenarios for distributing regional transit funding from the Low Carbon Transit Operations Program and State of Good Repair Program. B. Provide recommendation to SBCAG Board of Directors on scenario to allocate Low Carbon Transit Operations Program and State of Good Repair Program funding.
