IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Based on guidance from the California Department of Public Health and the California Governor's Stay at Home Executive Order N-33-20, issued on March 19, 2020 to protect the health and well-being of all Californian’s and to establish consistency across the state in order to slow the spread of COVID-19, SBCAG advisory committees will no longer provide in-person participation.
Santa Barbara County Association of Governments established
alternative methods of participation for the advisory committees,
pursuant to the California Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20, issued on
March 19, 2020, which states: Providing an opportunity to “observe and
address the meeting telephonically or otherwise electronically,” alone,
meets the participation requirement; and “Such a body need not make
available any physical location from which members of the public may
observe the meeting and offer public comment.”

The public may address the Committee on any matter within the jurisdiction of the Committee that is not included as part of this agenda.

MEASURE A SOUTH COAST SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL AND BICYCLE AND|
PEDESTRIAN PROGRAM AMENDMENT
Recommend the Board amend the Measure A South Coast Regional Bicycle & Pedestrian and Safe Routes to School Programs Cycle 3 cooperative agreement for the City of Santa Barbara for a project description change to the Green Lane Route and Intersection Markings for New Bicycle Master Plan Spine Project.
