The South Coast Subregional Planning Committee (SCSPC) is a Board subcommittee of the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.

  Review and discuss Draft 2040 Regional Transportation Plan – Sustainable Communities Strategy and Draft Environmental Impact Report, including public comments, draft responses and revisions.

VISTA COASTAL EXPRESS TRANSIT PLAN

Receive an update on the development of the 10 Year Transit Plan for the Ventura – Santa Barbara\Goleta corridor.

COMMUTER/PASSENGER RAIL SERVICE UPDATE
  Receive update on commuter/passenger rail service and letter from Union Pacific Railroad in response to SBCAG’s proposed track access agreement.
   
7. 2013 CYCLEMAYNIA 
 

Receive report on the 2013 CycleMAYnia events that took place in the South Coast during the month of May.
