|1.||CALL TO ORDER AND INTRODUCTIONS|
The public may address the Santa Barbara County Transit Advisory Council on any matter within the jurisdiction of the Committee that is not included as part of the agenda. Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

Approve SBCTAC minutes of December 14, 2016.
|4.||ELECTIONS (Action Item)|
Receive nominations and elect SBCTAC Chair and Vice Chair for 2017.
UNMET TRANSIT NEEDS (Information Item)
A. Receive summary of unmet transit needs input from SBCAG public hearing and other sources, and discuss next steps.
B. Receive presentation by Santa Maria Area Transit (SMAT) and City of Lompoc Transit (COLT) on input received from local unmet needs public workshops.
|6.|| SBCTAC MEMBERSHIP APPOINTMENT (Action Item) |
Recommend that the SBCAG Board appoint Ernesto Paredes as a SBCTAC representative for CTSA – Easy Lift.
The next regularly scheduled meeting date is Wednesday, March 8, 2017 (second Wednesday of the month).
