 In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

1.     CALL TO ORDER AND INTRODUCTIONS
   
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
 

The public may address the Santa Barbara County Transit Advisory Council on any matter  within the jurisdiction of the Committee that is not included as part of the agenda.  Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes. 

   
3. MINUTES (Action Item)
  Approve SBCTAC minutes of September 12, 2012.

BREEZE TRANSIT SERVICE (Information Item)

 

Receive update on Breeze Pilot Transit Service from Santa Maria to Solvang.

   
5.

NORTH COUNTY TRANSIT PLAN REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) (Action Item)

Recommend that the SBCAG Board approve and authorize staff to issue a consultant request for proposals for update of the North County Transit Plan.

   
6.

FY 2013-14 OVERALL WORK PROGRAM (Action Item)

Provide input on work tasks for SBCAG’s new Overall Work Program for FY 2013-14.

7.

ELECTIONS (Action Item)

Receive nominations and elect SBCTAC Chair and Vice Chair for 2013.
