2. PUBLIC COMMENT
 

The public may address the Santa Barbara County Transit Advisory Council on any matter  within the jurisdiction of the Committee that is not included as part of the agenda.  Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes. 

   
3. MINUTES
  Approve SBCTAC minutes of May 10, 2011.
4. VOLUNTARY ORGANIZATIONS ACTIVE IN DISASTER (VOAD) (Information Item)
Receive an overview of Santa Barbara County Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster provided by Santa Barbara County VOAD Coordinator Eric Dahl.
5. COASTAL EXPRESS SERVICE EXPANSION (Information Item)
Receive an update on SBMTD’s new Coastal Express Limited service provided by David Damiano, Manager of Transit Development & Community Relations.
6. GOALS, OBJECTIVES, AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES FOR 2040 REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION PLAN AND SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES STRATEGY (Action Item)
A. Discuss a proposed set of planning goals and objectives for the 2040 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) and Sustainable Communities Strategy (SCS), as presented in this report, and
B. Request staff to provide additional analysis of proposed performance measures that would relate directly to the proposed planning goals and objectives.
