The North County Subregional Planning Committee (NCSPC) is a Board subcommittee of the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.

3. MEETING SUMMARY
 

Approve meeting summary of the November 2, 2011 meeting of the North County Subregional Planning Committee.

   
4. HIGHWAY 166
Receive a report on the following items as it relates to Highway 166:
A. Status report from Caltrans on the Highway 166 (west) ditches project
B. Update on accident information gathered for Hwy 166 corridor
C. Update on the scheduling of a public meeting in Cuyama
5. U.S. 101 SANTA MARIA RIVER BRIDGE CORRIDOR SYSTEM MANAGEMENT PLAN

Provide comments on the U.S. 101 Corridor System Management Plan for North Santa Barbara County and South San Luis Obispo County, in the vicinity of the Santa Maria River Bridge widening project.

   
6. MEASURE A NORTH COUNTY SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL, BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN PROGRAM
  Approve scoring committee members for Cycle 1 of the Measure A North County Safe Routes to School, Bicycle and Pedestrian Program Call for Projects.
   
7. COMMITTEE MEETINGS
  A. Consider options for future committee meeting locations and broadcasting/webcasting of committee meetings.
   
  B. Approve committee meeting schedule for 2012.
