The North County Subregional Planning Committee (NCSPC) is a Board subcommittee of the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.

1.     CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
   
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
  The public may address the Committee on any matter within the jurisdiction of the Committee that is not included as part of this agenda.
3. MEETING SUMMARY
 

Approve meeting summary of the July 6, 2011 meeting of the North County Subregional Planning Committee.

   
4. U.S. 101 WORKSHOP WITH CALIFORNIA TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION

Receive information from SBCAG staff, the agency’s State Legislative Advocate and Caltrans on the purpose, focus and agenda of the US 101 workshop with the CTC scheduled for October 13 in Santa Barbara.

5. NORTH COUNTY TRANSIT
A.

Receive an update on grant applications submitted to update the North County Transit Plan and start new service between Santa Maria and the Santa Ynez Valley.

B. Discuss the development of a Regional Transit Transfer Policy as directed by the board at its August meeting.
6. U.S. 101 SANTA MARIA RIVER BRIDGE
A. Receive an overview of the construction staging for the bridge project.
B. Discuss the Demand Management program in the Traffic Management Plan, to be administered by SBCAG per the cooperative agreement with Caltrans.
7. COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP
  Discuss changes to the membership of the North County Subregional Committee as a result of new supervisorial maps and follow-up actions needed by the SBCAG board.
8. EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS REPORT
Changes to Clean Air Express to serve Santa Ynez Valley
9. ADJOURN
