Committee and Technical Planning Advisory Committee are advisory bodies
to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments. Committee
members include staff representatives of each city, the county,
Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District.

|1.||CALL TO ORDER / INTRODUCTIONS|
The public may address the committee on any matter within the jurisdiction of the committee that is not included on the agenda. Comments are limited to fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

Approval of TTAC Minutes
Approve Minutes from November 7, 2019 TTAC meeting.
Receive Advance Calendar on future TTAC items.
Receive announcements from SBCAG staff on items relevant to TTAC members.
|D. ONE-MINUTE COMMITTEE MEMBER REPORTS|
Committee Members updates on the activities in their jurisdictions.
Nominate and elect a TTAC Chair and a Vice-Chair for 2020.
2020 MEETING SCHEDULE
Approve the 2020 meeting schedule for TTAC.
MEASURE A STRATEGIC PLAN
Receive presentation on development of the Measure A Strategic Plan and Schedule and provide feedback to SBCAG staff.
FEDERAL TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCE AND INNOVATION ACT
A. Receive update on status of SBCAG’s TIFIA Letter of Interest.
B. Recommend to SBCAG Board that SBCAG submit a TIFIA Application to Federal Build America Bureau and authorize use of RSTP Reserve for required application fees.
SENATE BILL 1 (SB1) UPDATE – NO STAFF REPORT
Receive update on Senate Bill (SB1) programs.
FINAL MEASURE A FY 2020/21 REVENUE ESTIMATES
Recommend approval to the SBCAG Board on final Measure A revenue estimates for Fiscal Years 2020/21 to 2024/25.
FINAL SANTA BARBARA U.S. 101 MULTIMODAL CORRIDOR PLAN
Receive presentation on the Final Santa Barbara U.S. 101 Multimodal Corridor Plan and recommend approval by the SBCAG Board in December.
STATE AND FEDERAL LEGISLATIVE PLATFORM
Receive a presentation on the SBCAG working draft 2020 state and federal legislative advocacy program and provide feedback to SBCAG staff.
The next meeting will on February 6, 2020 in Solvang.
