Committee and Technical Planning Advisory Committee are advisory bodies
to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments. Committee
members include staff representatives of each city, the county,
Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District.

The public may address the committee on any matter within the jurisdiction of the committee that is not included on the agenda. Comments are limited to fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

Review draft Measure A Strategic Plan Financial Memorandum and provide input to SBCAG Board.
MEASURE A REVENUE ESTIMATES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019/20
Recommend approval of Measure A Revenue Estimates for Fiscal Years 2019/20 to 2022/23.
AMENDMENT TO FEDERAL TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
Review a draft of Amendment 3 to the 2019 Federal Transportation Improvement Program (FTIP) and recommend approval to the SBCAG Board in February 2019.
FY 2017/18 STA Apportionments / FY 18/19 TDA Claim
Recommend approval of $3,799,457 in State Transit Assistance (STA) funds, including interest earnings, to local claimants for FY 17/18 to be claimed in FY 18/19.
State Highway Operations and Protection Program (SHOPP) Update
Receive update from Caltrans District 5 on the 2020 SHOPP and three-year Project Initiation Document (PID) Work Plan.
SANTA YNEZ VALLEY BICYCLE MASTER PLAN
Receive an update on the progress of the Santa Ynez Valley Bicycle Master Plan project.
SANTA YNEZ VALLEY TRAFFIC CIRCULATION AND SAFETY STUDY
Receive an update on the progress of the Santa Ynez Valley Traffic Circulation and Safety Study.
UNMET TRANSIT NEEDS
Recommend the SBCAG Board accept the 2019 Unmet Transit Needs findings.
Draft 2019 Transit Needs Assessment for Santa Barbara County
The next meeting will on March 7, 2019 in Solvang.
