The Technical Transportation Advisory
Committee and Technical Planning Advisory Committee are advisory bodies
to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments. Committee
members include staff representatives of each city, the county,
Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District.

The public may address the committee on any matter within the jurisdiction of the committee that is not included on the agenda. Comments are limited to fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

FY 2016-17 DRAFT MEASURE A AUDIT REPORTS
1. Receive the DRAFT Measure A Audit reports and management letters prepared by Moss, Levy & Hartzheim, LLP regarding FY 2016-17 compliance with the provisions, requirements, and voter mandates specified in the Measure A Investment Plan.
2. Submit questions or comments to auditors and SBCAG no later than August 16, 2018.
State Targets for the MAP-21/FAST Act National Highway Performance
Review and recommend the SBCAG Board accept the Caltrans’ statewide targets for the National Highway Performance Program for safety, bridge and pavement condition, and system performance.
Receive a status update regarding exemption from the State’s Congestion Management Program.
SENATE BILL 1 (SB1) UPDATE (NO STAFF REPORT)
Receive an update on Senate Bill 1 implementation.
ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM UPDATE (NO STAFF REPORT)
Receive an update on the Active Transportation Program Cycle 4 Call for Projects.
The next meeting will be on September 6, 2018 in Solvang.
