Directions:  From Highway 101, exit onto CA 246/Buellton.  Heading west (0.6 mile), turn left onto Industrial Way (0.1 mile).  Major land marks include Andersen's Pea Soup on the corner of 246 and Avenue of the Flags, with Industrial Way being the second left past this intersection.

NCTAC is a committee of the Santa Barbara County Social Service Transportation Advisory Council.

 In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

2. PUBLIC COMMENT
 

The public may address the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments on any subject within the jurisdiction of the Board that is not included as part of the agenda.  Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes. 

   
3. MINUTES
  Approve the minutes of February 8, 2005.
4. RECEIVE SUMMARY OF SBCTAC MEETING
  Receive summary of the SBCTAC meeting of February 8, 2005
   
5. REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION PLAN
  Receive an update on the draft Regional Transportation Plan and the Environmental Impact Report.
   
6. UPDATE ON LOS ALAMOS TRANSIT SERVICE
  Receive update on Los Alamos Transit Service.
   
7. TRANSIT NEEDS ASSESSMENT
  A. Receive update on the Transit Needs Assessment process and public outreach findings, including:
    i. Summary of testimony from the February 17, 2005 Unmet Transit Need public hearing.
    ii. SBCTAC presentation at board hearing.
  B. Receive presentation and provide comments on the draft 2005 Transit Needs Assessment and findings of "unmet need" and "reasonable to meet".
