Directions:  From Highway 101, exist onto CA 246/Buellton.  Heading west (0.6 mile), turn left onto Industrial Way (0.1 mile).  Major land marks include Andersen's Pea Soup on the corner of 246 and Avenue of the Flags, with Industrial Way being the second left past this intersection.

NCTAC is a committee of the Santa Barbara County Social Service Transportation Advisory Council.

 In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

2. PUBLIC COMMENT
 

The public may address the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments on any subject within the jurisdiction of the Board that is not included as part of the agenda.  Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

  A. Approve the Minutes of November 9, 2004.
  B. Receive Summary of Comments of December 7, 2004.
   
4. RECEIVE SUMMARY OF SBCTAC MEETING
  Receive update on SBCTAC meeting of January 11, 2005.
   
5. INTERCOMMUNITY TRANSIT SERVICE
  Receive update on Intercommunity Transit Service (LMP/VAFB/SM)
   
6. UPDATE ON LOS ALAMOS TRANSIT SERVICE
  Receive update on Los Alamos Transit Service.
   
7. CONSIDER ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES TO NCTAC/SCTAC/SBCTAC
  Consider organizational changes to address duplication, staffing and transit issues.
  A. Provide increased role for SBCTAC and reduced role for NCTAC and SCTAC subcommittees, or,
  B. Retain SBCTAC and eliminates NCTAC and SCTAC subcommittees.
   
8. TRANSIT NEEDS ASSESSMENT
  A. Receive update on the Transit Needs Assessment process and initial public outreach findings, including a summary of testimony from the January 20th, 2005 Unmet Needs Public Hearing.
     
  B. Receive update on agricultural workers transportation services initial findings.
